She’s also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a specialization that only 4% of Realtors® in the U.S. have earned.
 
Active in her community, Tina was the 2014 President of the Chinese Real Estate Association of America (CREAA), which helps to enhance the rights and economic benefits of property owners. She also co-founded BetterHousingPolicies.org, which helps to benefit both landlords and tenants.
