Having lived in the east bay of the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly 30 years, Jacky has deep knowledge of the local communities -- particularly the neighborhoods of San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Castro Valley. With a strong understanding of the Bay Area real estate market, he provides careful, data-driven market analysis to help clients make well-informed and confident decisions.

Jacky believes real estate is about more than transactions -- it’s about guidance, trust, and long-term relationships. Through attentive communication and a genuine commitment to service, he ensures every client feels supported, informed, and cared for from start to finish. With his experience, vision, patience, and clear communication style, Jacky is confident in helping clients turn their real estate goals into reality.

In addition to residential homes in the Bay Area, Jacky is also knowledgeable and passionate about vacation properties, particularly in Mariposa County. He enjoys helping buyers explore opportunities in areas outside the Bay Area that offer both lifestyle and investment potential.

Jacky earned his first college degree from South China University of Technology and began his career as a civil engineer in Guangdong, China, gaining extensive experience in building design, construction, and inspection. After immigrating to the United States, he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Software Engineering from San José State University. His diverse technical background, combined with a strong interest in real estate, allows him to approach every transaction with analytical insight and attention to detail.

Outside of real estate, Jacky enjoys spending time with his family and his three boys. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, hiking, jogging, and playing volleyball.
