Jerome Madigan is a man on a mission. As the owner and a builder of his family’s home, he watched the value of his property triple in around a decade and used some of that equity to buy an investment property in a hugely popular vacation locale. He’s living proof that real estate is the fastest way to build wealth, and he’s energized to help others lay the foundation for a solid financial future.

 

Jerome is a high-capacity person, and as a pastor, musician, and self-proclaimed “serial entrepreneur,” he is driven by a passion to serve and treat others with respect, dignity, and care. He attributes his successes to these principles. As a licensed real estate salesperson since January 2020, his primary professional motivation is to help others understand the power and importance of owning real estate.

 

The San Francisco Bay Area native has lived all over the Peninsula, including Belmont, Redwood Shores, and San Carlos. His family has lived in Redwood City since 2009, where Jerome sits on the municipality’s Housing and Human Concerns Committee (HHCC). His civil service experience has provided him plenty of exposure to the city’s housing market, zoning laws, and housing policies. He has particular expertise in accessory dwelling units (ADUs) from both a regulatory perspective as an HHCC council member and from a building perspective, as he’s swung the hammer to construct one himself.

 

Jerome works most frequently with first-time homebuyers, investment property seekers, and luxury apartment hunters. He also has a unique insight into the buying, selling and renting of church properties.
