David Tin moved to San Francisco with his parents from Hong Kong when he was 12 years old. Since then, David has had a diverse career, working in property management, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, operations management, and the airline industry. Through these positions, David has developed top-tier customer service skills and leadership abilities. David believes that in order to provide excellent customer service, one must prioritize honesty, integrity, and kindness. As a worker, David is efficient, meticulous, and methodical.
Given his organizational skills, inherent sense of motivation, and high professional standards, David has found success in his career as a Realtor®. Although he is new to the real estate industry, beginning work in 2019, he credits his interest in the field with an experience he had as a preteen. Shortly after moving to the United States, David’s parents bought their first home in San Francisco. Despite language barriers, their Realtor® was able to provide the family with quality service, answering all questions and providing comfort and reassurance in the process. David draws inspiration from this memory and aspires to help his clients with similar sincerity.
Outside of work, David regularly donates to the Red Cross, volunteers at Second Harvest of Silicon Valley and the Cumberland Presbyterian Chinese Church, and acts as a volunteer basketball coach at his son’s school. David also enjoys running, road cycling, and lifting weights.
